People are always looking for a quick easy way to lose weight. Losing weight and getting fit actually quite simple in terms of the facts but takes masses of motivation to keep it achievable.
It’s all down to simple maths
You need to burn off more calories then you intake. Some people just focus on working out in the gym which is great, but without a healthy balanced diet all that working out could all be for nothing. We have all been on the treadmill believing we have burnt 1000′s of calories only to find 248 burnt. Putting this into context of a normal size Mars bar is a similar amount really hits home.
Eat fresh, eat green, eat protein! And if you are looking to loose weight, burn more then you eat. Cut out the processed foods and stick to natural fresh alternatives. It might take slightly longer to prepare, but it will taste better and fuel your body more efficiently.
