Who wants big guns?
Summer is here and you want your arms to fill out your abercrombie t-shirt. So what do you do? By yourself some home dumbbells or go to your local gym and smash the hell out of dumbbell curls, preacher curls, close grip lat pull downs and isolated curls. This is great to build your biceps but what some people don’t realise is that working your bicep alone won’t fill out your sleeves
Bicep or Tricep
The Bicep is only a small part of your guns, if anything you should focus more on your triceps. Triceps often get overlooked and without strong triceps you probably won’t get the t-shirt muscles you’re looking for.
At PunchStrong we don’t agree with just aiming for t-shirt muscles and size. We want functional strength, size is just a cool side effect.
